Its Sunday today. You can tell because its quite all around.

We performed last night. I can tell because my body is dry on the inside and dry on the outside. It feels all flattened out and my feet are crusty.

Im sitting on the couch now. The fridge is humming and I’m thinking about last night.

I’m cleanching my teeth. Someone once told me that means you’re dehydrated. I believe them. I don’t want to talk to anyone. My eyes seem closer together than usual and the left feels smaller than the right. I feel a bit grumpy. The fridge is still humming, or actually the fridge just stopped. There’s still a humming. It cant be my ears. Surely not. I’m going outside to check

Its grey. Theres a half eaten guava on the chair. I can smell it. Last night was grey, and raining. I remember thinking the show was doomed and no one would come and no one would give us money and it would be a flop. I was really nervous last night.

I shouted at Kylie just before the show was starting. I felt sorry.

I saw lots of people I knew. Rachel came in the sea container and gave me a hug.

Why do people come to shows? A lot of people there were my friends. In the front row was Kat, Leanne, Paea and Nina. Mary and Jervis and Mary’s friend Semina were squashed into two seats and they stared counting down the last 10 seconds of each minute.

I liked that.

Katie and Lee were in the second row. Kellie and Steve were off to the right. I couldn’t see Rachel but she appeared next to Christo half way through the show.

I couldn’t see my dad.

Jen jumped higher than me in the laps and hi 5’s.

My handstand was quick.

I felt slow and short.

Jen talked during Carls meditation.

The show went quickly. I was surprised.

A red balloon just rolled into my periferal vision. A tree branch just moved. There must be a bird in there. Pit ti tak phat. Rain.

My heads bent forward and my eyes are tight.

I am glad it over.

Though I’d like to do it again.

B cause it could have been better

Things were stressful at the start. It worked in the end but the tension was high and I didn’t know what was happening half the time.

Kat liked the show. Said it was art.

Trudy missed it. Jo and Luca couldn’t find us so didn’t get there till after it had finished. Daniel and his new girlfriend just came late. They all sponsored us.

Kat left before the end. Steve and Kellie did too. Lee’s friend wanted to leave so Lee left early as well. Rachel won the Crumpler bag voucher. Nina wanted to win a prize. Christo shouted out to Wyatt.

Leanne laughed at the pregnant squats. People cheered us on.

Someone told us we had 3 mintues left and everyone counted down the last 10 seconds.

People laughed.

Theres a row of little blisters on my toes. It’s nice to be on my own.

I can smell the guava.
I can feel the aftermath of a show.

I think I’ll go drink some more water.
